- Session 1 will take you through a simple process to unlock flexibility throughout all joints of your body to give you better quality movement (what we call “functional flexibility”).
- Session 2 will challenge your mechanical synergy while setting the foundation for power, agility, or endurance.
- Session 3 will progress you through a solid strength training workout.
- Session 4 will push you through a fat burn and endurance based workout.
- Session 5 will be a combination workout to reassess your original goals and stats and show you exactly where you’re at upon completing this starter program.
