I submitted my business info, what’s next?

A: We will review your submission and notify you upon approval with a request to agree to our Terms of Service. The next step is to submit a Deal. (see instructions below).

 

How do I submit a deal?

A: After your merchant profile has been published, click the “Submit a deal” button on your account page and fill out the details of your promotional offer. Don’t worry, if something isn’t quite right, we will contact you before your deal goes live and schedule your deal. Please contact our site administrator at info@chi-spree.com with any specific questions.

 

How much does it cost to list my business on the site?

A: Nothing, we operate by charging a small % of your total sales.

 

How does Chi-Spree pay merchants?

A: Service providers are paid in full for monthly sales by check or electronic payment within a net 30 days of the last day of each month that you are offering an active deal.

 

How do I mark that a voucher has been used?

Payperless option:A: You can ask your customers to pull out their voucher on their smart phone by logging into their account via ChiSpree.com/account

Printed vouchers: Log-in to your merchant account and redeem the voucher using the customer’s name and code.  If you use a smartphone with a QR code reader, scanning the voucher’s code will allow you to access your merchant dashboard and mark that the voucher has been used.

 

What about the customer’s sales tax?

A: Our site does not charge sales tax.

 

 How do customer refunds work?

A: We are able to process refunds within seven days of purchase. After this perios returns, exchanges, refunds, transfers, etc.  are up to the discretion and responsibility of each Service Provider.

 

How do I keep track of my sales, which vouchers have been used, etc?

A: Our easy to use Merchant Dashboard allows you to keep track of your sales and how your deal is progressing toward your sales goals, mark vouchers as used, find a customer’s contact info, sort and download shipping addresses, and more.

 

What information is on the voucher?

A: Vouchers will show the description of the deal, the service they will receive, a map of your location, fine print details or terms of purchase, and a verification code along with a QR code for easy scanning to mark the voucher as used on your Merchant Dashboard.

 

What happens if a customer’s voucher expires?

A: The merchant does not have to honor the promotional value, but the voucher will always be worth the amount that the customer paid for.

 

Which other benefits can I get?

A: Chi-Spree understands that Wellness practitioners and business owners need to address their own wellbeing too. Why not do it for free? Use our Share and Earn feature by clicking one of the social sharing links attached to any deal in order to share Chi-Spree.com with customers, friends, or colleagues. If they go to the site and make a purchase through your link within 72 hours, you will receive a $5 credit to your account. There is no limit to how much credit you can earn, so share away!
